Industrial Training

The students are encouraged to take internship program during their semester break. Faculty members give their guidelines, suggestions and scope and contact details of an internship. The Training and Placement Coordinator of the department with the help of Training and Placement Cell of the institute helps the students by interacting with the industrial experts, provide the students recommendation letters and other necessary supports. The Training and Placement Coordinator of the department also constantly interacts with alumni who are working in the industries and request them to provide necessary guidelines and supports for their junior’s internship. The objective behind this initiative is as follows:

To provide students the right platform to start a career with a firm footing which ultimately enhance their employability.
To interface academia with industries and bridge the gap between the demand and supply of human resources.
To provide training for specific skill sets that help in leveraging the growing service sectors such as construction and design industry and government sectors.
